Sep 8, Alright leg 2. No preworkout but I was much better fueled. Stepping under bar for squats to overhead press was either going up ot poohaps was calling I also 5x5 leg curls along with daily push-ups.
Finishing with FST7 leg day, replacing lunges with burpees. Sep 8, 5 mile run, back on the road living the hotel life.
Hate that this hotel is no where near a gym and the gym here sucks! Oh well, cardio day. Have a great day fit family!
